RETURN POLICY
All items are final sale. Every order is inspected for quality prior to shipping out. If an item is damaged in shipment you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving with your name, items ordered/damaged, and description/photo of damage.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing purchase. Information regarding fit - if irregular - will appear in the product description. If you have any questions please contact us at info@anorakapparel.com PRIOR to placing your order.
Sale pricing is not applicable to previous purchases (no price adjustments). Our sales are few and far between and we are unable to discount merchandise outside of these time frames.
Please take care when opening our packages and avoid using sharp objects. We cannot replace orders that have been mistakenly cut when opening.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
Orders placed by 12/2 will ship the week of 12/8.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship to the US.
